Summary
Lorena is a city girl compelled to start a life in the country by a series of unexpected and life-changing circumstances. The unusual journey that will totally transform her lifestyle within weeks starts with her unsuccessful attempts to sell a family estate she has inherited from her mother. She is determined to sell the old house and forget that she ever had any roots in this village.
A shocking wake-up call will make her think about her destiny. Lorena is a nice young woman but sometimes she tends to be a little awkward and create minor misunderstandings that might make it necessary to extend her stay in the village. What happened on one particular day was enough for Lorena to offend a person whose hostility she could not afford to deal with and to start a fire in the village, alas not her last one. The last one will seal her doom and the fate of her family forever. The old family home will become her home, and the small village and its people her whole world.
